1. Money is simple, but hard.
2. Personal finance is 80% behaviour.
3. People focus too much on the wrong area (technical knowledge) to achieve their financial goals.
4. Optimising behaviour and building good financial habits and decision making is the key to achieving financial goals.
5. Behaviour is in our control, so everyone can achieve their financial goals.
6. It's not WHAT to do that's hard, it's HOW to do it over a long period of time which is hard.
