Unlocking growth for Nanu
I worked in collaboration with Salient Behavioural Consulting to help software company Nanu grow their business by breaking into the finance sector. Nanu helps organisations improve their communication with clients and with other colleagues through Active Listening and Communication training using AI analysis of meetings. However, they were struggling to gain attraction of clients in the financial sector.
The Challenge

The goal for Nanu was very simple: to gain attraction in the financial service sector which was currently ignoring them.
To facilitate this we conducted research into the application of Nanu (Communication improvements) in the financial sector specifically. For instance, the revenue impact of improving communication for wealth management companies.
Research

Implement

We recreated the pitch deck for Nanu to make it finance focused with all the benefits and pains solved directed at the type of financial company we were communicating with.
Nanu finally managed to gain attraction from financial organisations and had started generating business in the market.

The next stages for Nanu were to continue to meet with clients and highlight the value which we articulated for them
